"Exceptional customer service from Troy. He went above and beyond to install a temporary fix for water draining along our soffits and into a window casing inside our home office. He was prompt and very friendly. Will definitely be using them in the spring to help with our attic mould issue once the soffits are fixed".- 

We used SERVPRO with our insurance claim with an upstairs water leak. We stayed in an air bnb while they had our upstairs carpets changed and the ceiling on the main floor repaired. The new carpets looked great. SERVPRO coordinated with Dannburg Flooring for the professional install. The celling was patched, sprayed, and painted and now looks like new.
After five days we went back home to find all our furniture and stuff was back in its proper place and our home was cleaner than when we left. Hopefully we’ll never need to use their services again, but if we do we certainly will.

They took the panic out of a nightmare situation for us new homeowners and made it totally bearable.

Our hose bib cracked and was leaking into my home office and Troy and the guys were amazing about coordinating clean up and next steps & were so respectful about working around my work schedule as best as possible while getting the job done efficiently.

We had a leak in our bathroom that came through and damaged our kitchen ceiling. It was right on top of our island in the middle of a connected kitchen/ living room, leaving a giant bulge in the drywall and stains on our textured ceiling. Troy came and listened to my fears about mold and opened the drywall to ensure the area was dry and free of mold . Chris and Shy came to complete the drywall repairs and retexture the ceiling and they were so courteous. The work they completed is impeccable - it looks brand new - as if the leak never happened and they were great to work with. We have a 15 year old dachshund that we were worried would be fearful of the noise from their machines but they were so understanding and he warmed up to them right away. We had to wait a little while for the repairs before they could get to us, as they were very busy, but my advice is WAIT …if you can. They are pros and you won’t be disappointed with their work. I absolutely recommend them!

SERVPRO provided exceptional service! Their response time to the call out was quick--especially given it was a Saturday! Troy quickly found the source of our leak and was able to deal with it right away. Ashley, the project manager, made dealing with my insurance company a breeze and was exceptionally thorough, not missing a thing. He further organized all the subtrades for the repairs and we were pleased with all of the work. A handyman, Alex, came to do a lot of the prep work on our home and he was professional, respectful, courteous and incredibly clean-always tidying up the site and laying down new drop cloths when needed (which was often for this busy family with kids and pets). I telephoned three “mould remediation” companies, leaving a message. When I telephoned the fourth, SERVPRO, Troy actually answered my call. He attended at my house on Friday, surveyed and noted the damage, passed it on to Ashley Green who attended with his equipment, tested the area and provided a thorough report of his findings within three days.
