I telephoned three “mould remediation” companies, leaving a message. When I telephoned the fourth, SERVPRO, Troy actually answered my call. He attended at my house on Friday, surveyed and noted the damage, passed it on to Ashley Green who attended with his equipment, tested the area and provided a thorough report of his findings within three days.
